The hotel is part of a Govt sponsored training program and provided a good experience despite the small room size. Although the room we booked was not available despite our reminders, the hotel rooms we stayed in were surprisingly good and spacious. We were a bit disappointed as the room given was of an inferior class compared to what we booked. The service was awesome overall, but there was an attempt to charge us twice at check-out, which was concerning. Despite this, the staff did make us feel at home, and I would consider visiting again. The location had its downsides like being congested with uncomfortable chairs, but it was close to Pune Railway Station and in a prime area.
